We are the Shopify Practice, from Impresoft Univerce, specializing in the design, optimization and management of high-impact D2C/B2C eCommerce ecosystems on the Shopify Plus platform.
We are looking for a Shopify Technical Lead who has solid technical experience and excellent organizational skills, eager to personally contribute to the success of the project and the growth of the team.
What you can do with us

You will lead technical development on Shopify Plus projects, with an active role in both the development side and in defining the project architecture

You will oversee a team of 5-7 developers, coordinating their work and supporting their technical growth

You will collaborate with business figures, PMs and, potentially, directly with the client

You will ensure project goals are met in terms of quality, time and results

You will bring advanced expertise on the Shopify ecosystem, including third-party apps (e.g., bundles, Flow), Shopify Functions, Checkout Extensibility, Metaobjects

You will actively participate in defining the most effective technical solutions, promoting modular and scalable development (e.g., Web Components, Tailwind CSS)

You will communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in written form (technical and functional documentation)
What we are looking for
- Proven experience in development on Shopify Plus, with in-depth knowledge of how the platform and its extensions work
- Advanced skills on Liquid, Javascript and modern front-end development methodologies
- Organizational and management skills in leading technical teams
- Good command of English, spoken and written
- Goal orientation, flexibility and sense of responsibility in achieving project milestones
- Willingness to travel 1-2 times per month to customer site
They constitute a plus
- Ability to deal directly with customers and independently manage communications
- Experience in functional analysis of complex eCommerce solutions
- Ability to write technical and functional documentation
