To expand our team, we are looking for a Shopify Solutions Specialist to support customers in designing, configuring and optimizing high-performance eCommerce solutions. The person will play a key role in translating business requirements into scalable, effective solutions consistent with Shopify Plus ecosystem best practices, working closely with the Tech Team and Governance Project Management.
What are you going to do
- You will act as a functional point person on Shopify Plus, with in-depth knowledge of the platform in all its non-development components.
- You will manage configuration and setup activities (sales channels, checkout branding, bundles, Flow, metafields, apps, permissions, etc.).
- You will support the Tech Team in identifying and documenting technical and functional requirements.
- You will collaborate with the Governance PM to ensure consistency between requirements, delivery timelines, and project goals.
- You will keep up-to-date on Shopify news and ecosystem best practices, sharing expertise with the team and customers.
- You will interface with customers during requirements definition or solution validation.
What we are looking for
- 3-5 years experience on Shopify projects.
- Have participated in at least 1-2 eCommerce migration projects with revenues over €5-10M, preferably from Salesforce or other enterprise platforms.
- Excellent knowledge of Shopify Plus features and major apps (Flow, Bundles, Markets, etc.).
- Ability to independently configure the platform and optimize operational flows.
- Knowledge of integration processes with ERP, CRM, OMS, PIM and marketing tools.
- Operational project management skills, goal orientation and aptitude for problem solving.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of the English language (written and spoken).
They constitute a plus
- Knowledge of Liquid, JavaScript or front-end tools (understanding level only, not development).
- Experience in supporting testing, UAT and roll-out processes.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, analytics and performance optimization.
- 2-3 years of experience on other eCommerce projects on other technologies.
