LE SILLA

Le Silla was founded in 1994 in Sant'Elpidio a Mare, in the heart of the Marche region’s footwear district, and has established itself today as one of the most recognizable names in Italian luxury within the world of high-end footwear and accessories. The brand has built its identity on the fusion of artisan craftsmanship, design innovation and a strong editorial vision, establishing itself as an international benchmark in the luxury sector.

With growth in global markets and the evolving digital expectations of the luxury audience, the existing platform began to show its limitations, making a new technological chapter necessary—one capable of supporting the brand’s expansion without compromising its premium positioning.

Replatforming, Redesign, and a New Luxury Customer Experience

The Game

  1. 1.

Overcoming the limitations of the previous platform and building a digital ecosystem that lives up to the brand’s international ambitions: this is where Le Silla’s transformation journey began, with Cooder helping to define a roadmap capable of translating creative vision and business objectives into a structured replatforming plan. The choice fell on Shopify Plus, a platform capable of ensuring scalability, flexibility, and performance on a global scale.

  2. 2.

The redesign of the digital experience was at the heart of the project: a more editorial and emotional navigation experience, capable of highlighting celebrities and press coverage without losing sight of the product’s central role; a more narrative-driven product page; and an interface designed for an increasingly mobile luxury audience. At the same time, the adoption of Klaviyo laid the groundwork for a CRM ecosystem built around customer behavior and the customer lifecycle.

The Challenges

Brand Continuity During the Transition to Shopify Plus
The replatforming was not merely a technological change, but a structural transformation designed to protect brand equity, SEO performance, and premium positioning throughout the entire migration process.

Management of International Markets with Shopify Markets
Given Le Silla’s strong presence in foreign markets, the introduction of Shopify Markets enabled the company to centralize international management, maintaining the level of market coverage achieved while introducing greater scalability and operational control.

A UX Designed for the Mobile-First Luxury Customer
Work on content hierarchies, navigation paths, and interaction speed has made the experience more fluid and intuitive, without compromising an elegant tone that aligns with the brand’s positioning.

Content-first product pages
In the luxury sector, the product page is not just a conversion tool but a narrative medium: the redesign of the PDPs has expanded the space dedicated to images, details, and storytelling, reinforcing the perception of exclusivity.

A New Approach to Customer Relationships
The transition to Klaviyo has ushered in a new phase of Le Silla’s customer strategy, laying the groundwork for more advanced segmentation, personalized communication, and a more comprehensive understanding of the customer lifecycle.
